Personal facts about Carlos Garnier

Carlos is a Mexican Industrial Designer currently living in Guadalajara, Jalisco. He combines his design activities with teaching at a local university and co-managing the Dicojal (Jalisco’s Designers Association), advocated to promote and provide awareness about design as a professional activity.

Carlos is married and has a little 3 years old girl; she’s so cute and fun! Among his personal interests he likes reading, swimming and traveling (with a special affect for Asia, particularly for “kawai Japan”).

He has a great 1/18 scale car collection compiled over the past years, and admires the design effort behind brands like Smart cars, Apple, Koziol, Alessi, Phillips and for sentimental reasons, HP.
